Magazine Era guarantees that you will receive every issue in every subscription you order. In the rare case in which you do not receive every issue, please contact us and we will investigate the problem. If we are unable to get you the rest of the issues in your subscription, we will gladly issue a refund for the missing issues.
Magazine Era also guarantees that the magazine(s) you order will be the magazine(s) you receive. If you receive any magazine other than the subscription(s) you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can get you the correct subscription(s).
It is important for you to verify that all of the information in your order is correct. Magazine Era cannot be held responsible for subscriptions sent to the wrong address if the incorrect address was entered into the system. We will, however, work with you to get the subscription sent to the correct address. Furthermore, Magazine Era cannot be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong magazine. If you did order the wrong magazine, please contact us. While we will not be able to offer you a refund, we will work with you to try and get you the correct subscription.
