  1. How long will it take to receive my first magazine?

    You can expect to receive your first issue within 4-12 weeks depending on the distribution cycle. Since most publishers use a mail processing service to print the labels for each month’s mailing, it is possible your order will not be processed until the next run of labels. In addition, most magazines are printed weeks in advance and are only printed in quantities to meet current subscriptions. Because of this practice, the magazine industry has set a standard lead tine of 4 to 8 weeks to begin receiving weekly subscriptions and 8 to 12 weeks to begin receiving monthly and quarterly subscriptions. Naturally, these lead times vary from publisher to publisher. An important note; most monthly magazines arrive during the second week of each month for the coming month, i.e. second week of March for the April issue.
  2. Do you offer gift subscriptions?

    Yes, when you check out you will be given the opportunity to enter a different mailing address. You can manage these addresses in the Address section of your account. If you are sending gift subscriptions, please order each one separately as every magazine in an order will be shipped to the designated address. In the address section, you can add as many addresses as you like and assign each a unique nickname to make new orders easier.
  3. How do I change my password?

    We realize the default password issued to you by the system may not be easy to remember. If you would like to change your password to something you can remember easily, complete the following steps. 1. Log in to the system using your current password. 2. In the upper right hand corner, click on the “My Account” link. 3. Once in your account, click on the “Edit” tab. 4. The system default is to load your settings. You should see your email address and directly below, you will see two password boxes. 5. To change your current password, simply type the password you desire in both boxes. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive and for your protection, we recommend a password 6-14 characters in length using a combination letters and numbers.
  4. How do I check my order status?

    You can check the status of your order from your account page. Simply log in to your account and click on the status tab. You will be able to see all of the orders you have placed along with their statuses from there.
  5. Can I cancel an order?

    We allow customers to cancel an order within 3 days, no questions asked. If it has been more than 3 days since you placed your order, we may not be able to cancel. Please contact us at info@ magazineera.com so we can evaluate your options.
  6. I have two addresses on file, a home address and a work address. How do I change which address my subscription will be sent to?

    To change the delivery address, simply input the correct address in the Shipping/Delivery information section. You can bill your home address and ship to your work address, or vice versa.
  7. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently offer two forms of secured payments, Google Checkout and PayPal. You can pay through either option with a credit or debit card. We are unable to accept other forms of payments at this time. To learn more about either of these two options, please visit www.paypal.com or www.google.com/checkout.
  8. How can I find the magazine I am looking for?

    To find a specific magazine, click on the appropriate genre under “Categories” on the right hand side of the screen. If you aren’t sure which genre the magazine falls under or want to find it faster, type all or part of the name in the search box located in the site navigation bar and click “search”.
  9. Can I change the email I have on file?

    Yes, you can change your email from your account page. Simply click on the edit tab of your account page, enter the new email in the proper boxes, and click “Submit” at the bottom of the screen.
  10. Do you ship to addresses outside of the US?

    Unfortunately at this time, we are only able to ship to US addresses (including APO/AFO addresses).
