We guarantee you will receive every issue of your subscription or our team will take the actions required to make it right. We will either contact the publisher to get you the issues you deserve or offer you a refund if for any reason we are unable to resolve the issue.
We also realize that orders may be placed in error; for this reason, we offer a three day option to cancel any subscription for any reason. If it has been longer than three days, please contact us so we may assess your options.
